Schedule: Choose your shift Because we are preparing for potential round-the-clock (24/7) cases and because we have cases still open, we can accommodate almost any schedule! Build a schedule that works for your life:

• Shift Lengths: 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, or full 12-hour shifts
• Days: Weekdays and/or Weekends (all shifts available)
• Work Style: Part-time with potential for full-time hours if desired

Benefits (Why Caregivers want to work for us): * $15.50–$17.50/hour (based on experience and shift) * $5 shift gas Supplement for every shift you go to! * $0.50 per hour Attendance Incentive * National Rate Mileage Reimbursement when providing transportation for the client * Paid virtual or in-person training * Yearly Pay Increase * Part-time with a potential for more hours, only if wanted * Dental/Vision/Life Ins/ ST Disability/Accidental Critical Illness insurance * Holidays paid at Time and a Half * Emergency Support Staff available 24/7 Main Responsibilities of the Caregivers: * Running errands * Light housekeeping * Transporting clients * Personal care * Meal Prep Requirements of the Caregiver: * At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience * At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience * Family caregiving experience accepted * Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance * Willing to undergo a criminal background check Our company follows a HIGHER standard.
