Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Assist with recruitment efforts and scheduling interviews
Help organize training sessions, compliance tracking, and HR reporting

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR support or coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR)
