We're on a mission to match top-tier talent with game-changing companies, and we're seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter/Talent Specialist to join our powerhouse team.

Schedule : In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Engages & participates with the recruiting/sourcing using all resources effectively
Accurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software system
Performing applicant interviews to include contingent job offer & required document process
Manages & performs drug screen process and compliance
Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires
Responsible for documenting all candidate/associate communications, maintain personnel file, and facilitate employee separations along with feedback surveys/exit interviews
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Previous customer service experience (retail, restaurant, etc.) or administrative experience in an office setting
Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and termination a plus!!
Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
