Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned locations and roles. This position partners with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies, drive hiring decisions, and improve overall talent outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including direct labor, indirect hourly, and site-level exempt positions where applicable.Partner with hiring managers to lead intake discussions and define candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timelinesExecute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive labor marketsScreen and evaluate candidates using structured and behavioral-based interview techniquesFacilitate and guide hiring managers through the interview and selection processDrive timely decision-making by influencing hiring managers and ensuring consistent feedbackManage offer process, including approvals, negotiations, and candidate closingOwn preboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start dateMonitor recruiting metrics (Time to Fill, Time to Hire, etc.) and adjust strategies to improve outcomesBuild and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future workforce needsServe as a strategic recruiting partner to site leadershipRequirements/QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or Equivalent RequiredExperience:2+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experienceExperience supporting high-volume or manufacturing environments preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities independentlySpecific Knowledge, Skills or AbilitiesStrong written and oral communication.Organization and attention to detail.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Time management.Systems analysis.Mathematical and deductive reasoning.Critical thinking.Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the functions of this job.Physical Requirements:Sit and stand as needed.May require walking on a level surface for periods throughout the day.Reaching above shoulders, below waist and lifting as required to file documents or store materials.Lifting to 25 lbs.Work Environment:Typical office settingMay require you to enter a manufacturing environment that requires proper PPE including safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection.Manufacturing environment may be loud, hot/cold depending on seasonDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
