Overview Of The HR Manager Role Manage recruiting process including, sourcing, selection, offers, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple locations Employee Relations Review Payroll Benefits Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications For The HR Manager Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be Bilingual/Spanish 4+ years experience Good time management skills and able to pivot.
