Medical Records Administrator

Duties
Help
Provide performance feedback to medical records coders and providers.
Supervise subordinate Medical Record Technicians and military personnel.
Assign work to subordinates and establish priorities.
Serve as subject matter expert for coding and documentation issues.
Serve as approving authority of annual and sick leave requests.
Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of medical records.
Conduct facility training and education on coding and documentation issues.
