CSBU designs and manufactures high-speed cable and connector products used for AI compute and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers such as AWS, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Alibaba, Bytedance and others. This business is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem. In this role, you will lead strategic and operational HR initiatives to support Enterprise, CSBU, our Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division (DSS), and Molex’s overall goals.
