Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Type & Location Full-time or part-time, hybrid. Sacramento, CA. Summary Responsible for clinical supervision and oversight of ABA programs. Provide behavioral health treatment, develop and implement treatment plans under Clinical Director guidance, and serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional. Essential Job Functions Designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays. Collaborating with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client’s specific needs. Directly delivering individual and group learning experiences to assist each client in achieving treatment goals and objectives. Meeting with, training, and supervising mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and direct care staff to provide guidance and review progress on goals, determine the effectiveness of intervention strategies, and consult on overall implementation. Conducting assessments, writing treatment goals, analyzing data, and writing progress reports under the direction of the Clinical Director. Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools such as VB‑MAPP, ABBLS‑R, Vineland‑III, etc., under Clinical Director supervision. Developing and overseeing the implementation of behavioral plans for children. Assisting in the development of adaptive skills so individuals can take positive roles in school, home, and community settings. Providing prescribed behavioral consultation to families and/or schools. Supervising ABA programs to help clients learn a variety of skills related to daily routines, coping with stress, play, social interaction, functional communication, task completion, safety awareness, and self‑help. Empowering parents, caregivers, and support staff to influence clients within natural routines for increased independence. Maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and staff. Defining target behaviors and writing treatment goals while coordinating evidence‑based programs, reinforcement, antecedent management strategies, protocols, and interventions. Modeling and teaching support staff how to implement intervention strategies and protocols. Setting up and maintaining ABA session schedules for support staff and clients, managing planned and unplanned adjustments or cancellations. Meeting with families/caregivers in‑clinic or via telehealth weekly to review progress, determine effectiveness of strategies, and consult on treatment plan implementation. Requirements Consistent weekly schedule with availability in the afternoons and evenings. Eligibility to work in the United States. Valid California driver’s license (for in‑person/hybrid work). Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. BCBA certification. Benefits Competitive salary $75,000 – $95,000 per year, including sign‑on bonus and monthly bonuses for exceeding billable hours.
