We're seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional service delivery across print, mail, hospitality, and workplace support services. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, develop team talent, build strong client relationships, and continuously improve processes that enhance the customer experience. What You'll Do Lead and support a small team while managing day-to-day site operations. Ensure service excellence across print, mail, courier, hospitality, and related services. Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact. Drive operational efficiency, quality, and SLA performance. Coach, develop, and recognize team members to foster engagement and growth. Manage staffing, workflow priorities, and production demands. Create reports, business reviews, and presentations that demonstrate value to clients. Identify process improvements and help implement solutions that enhance service delivery. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, business, or technical environment. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Comfortable presenting to groups and working with business technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Why Join Us?
