You will work out of our Washington, DC or Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule. Reporting directly to the Vice President and General Counsel, Regulatory, the General Counsel will be a trusted partner and key advisor for our Sanctions Compliance program’s compliance with sanctions regulations of the United States (Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) and other agencies) and maintaining an effective sanctions compliance program throughout the Company. They will advise on business strategy, in addition to the calibration of integrated compliance systems and digital tools to support and guide the businesses on how to best grow our product portfolios internationally. This role will also be a partner to Honeywell’s Export, Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), and CFIUS teams Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition. As a trusted partner, we provide actionable solutions and innovation through our Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments – powered by our Honeywell Forge software – that help make the world smarter, safer and more sustainable.
