This full-time, onsite role is responsible for managing daily HOA operations, vendor coordination, capital projects, budgeting, and board communication for a well-established community consisting of approximately 185 homes.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a scenic and rural environment, and has experience balancing operational oversight with strong resident and board relationships. Housing is provided as part of the role.WHAT YOU’LL DOOversee daily operations for a gated HOA community consisting of approximately 185 homesCoordinate directly with the HOA Board on operational planning, projects, budgeting, and community initiativesManage vendor relationships including interviewing contractors, overseeing work quality, and coordinating project timelinesOversee capital improvement and maintenance projects across the communityAssist with reserve planning, forecasting, and long-term community maintenance initiativesManage and monitor the community’s annual operating budget and financial reporting processesSupport covenant enforcement and ensure compliance with community standards and HOA guidelinesCoordinate maintenance and oversight of privately maintained roads and common areasRespond to homeowner concerns, questions, and operational issues in a professional and timely mannerMaintain organized records, project documentation, and operational reporting for the BoardSupport ongoing property and landscape preservation initiatives throughout the communityWHY YOU MATTERThis role serves as the operational backbone of the community.
