Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2105.28/week -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, including titratable IVs such as Heparin and antibiotics.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients on Cpap, Bipap, or high-flow oxygen devices, ensuring proper management.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with charge nurses and team members to coordinate patient care and unit operations.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and care plans accurately in EPIC electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to infection control protocols and isolation precautions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current, unexpired valid RN license.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in MedSurg and Infectious Disease patient management.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of isolation procedures, CDC guidelines, and infectious disease protocols.
  
  
• 
  Ability to read and interpret remote telemetry monitor readings.
  
  
• 
  Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
