ABOUT THE JOB

$15.00 to $18.00 PER HOUR • Bonus Eligible Benefits : medical, dental, paid vacation (subject to eligibility)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments given to your team. Day‑to‑day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Mentor and develop team members, set an example, adhere to policies, and encourage current crew. Recruit new team members and promote a high‑energy team culture. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, professional appearance, and marketing duties while maintaining 100% Domino’s image standards. Provide excellent customer service and effective service recovery. Demonstrate attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to/from work. Maintain store cleanliness and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks. Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare products correctly at an advanced pace. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean store and equipment daily. Strong communication skills: written, verbal, telephone. Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately. Make correct monetary change. Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for precise movements. Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Scooping and Bending: Forward bending at the waist is required at the pizza assembly station; workers will bend for 30‑45 s continuously during the day. Forward bending also occurs at the front counter and during stocking of ingredients. Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching: Continuous reaching: up, down, forward. Above 72 inches for turning oven controls, changing prices, and lifting from shelves. Reaching down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes. Reaching forward for obtaining toppings, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones. Hand Tasks: Requires continuous use of hands, frequent use of forearms and wrists in shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, cutting, and assembling cardboard pizza boxes. Must grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Driving & Delivery: Deliver product by car, drive to customer, deliver flyers and door hangers. Valid driver’s license; access to insured vehicle. Navigate delivery areas, including adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes. Carrying, walking, climbing (five or more flights of stairs) may be required. Work Conditions: Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
