Field Sales & Dealer Development Lead

Generate leads through marketing activities. Develop and nurture good relationship with dealers in the deployed Dealerships. Ensure dealer success through recruitment, training & motivation of DSPs, assigning targets, and reviewing daily performance of DSPs Ensure target achievement for the deployed Dealerships. 2 Dealerships has to be covered in a month on weekly rotation basis To ensure Product Guide/Leaflets available during his Field Visit. Plan field sales activities to promote tractor products and services to potential customers. Plan daily activities based on sales targets and prioritize tasks effectively. Ensure timely follow-ups with existing clients to maintain relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonalika Tractors
