Night Auditor Position

Hilton Mystic is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Mystic, CT. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight shift, while maintaining accurate financial records and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting and reporting
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain security by monitoring the premises throughout the night
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or auditing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software
