Assistant Manager - Member Experience

Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs. In addition to the hourly rate, Plus One offers a comprehensive benefits package (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. - Lead daily operations of the Member Services team, including scheduling, supervision, training, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism, service, and appearance aligned with Workplace Well being and client expectations.
- Assist with overall facility operations to ensure smooth, member ready daily execution.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high energy environment aligned with Workplace Well being and client values.
- Promote open communication, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Maintain visible, approachable leadership with active engagement on the floor and at the desk.
- Assistant the General Manager with marketing and communications, including schedules, promotions, signage, and digital content.
- Manage and maintain the check in and membership management system, ensuring accurate and consistency.
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager on budget performance, staffing needs, and operational priorities, and participate in weekly staff and management team meetings.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum three years of experience in a fitness center that has close interactions with members and guests.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Must be knowledgeable about the industry with the customer skills to network, engage, and interact with all clients, guests, and participants.
- Ability to effectively engage participants as a public speaker.
- Competent with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
