About the Role:

Crusoe is growing fast, and growth means change — expanding real estate, new workplace products, and new processes and ways of working across our global portfolio. We're looking for a Change Manager to deliver the people side of these transformations, ensuring that every employee, team, and leader is equipped, informed, and confident to embrace changes in the workplace. This role is critical to Crusoe's momentum: by minimizing resistance and driving adoption, you'll directly help our teams embrace change as a source of strength rather than disruption.

You'll partner closely with the workplace team and cross-functional partners to build readiness strategies, craft compelling communications, and coach employees through transitions — using proven frameworks like Prosci ADKAR to guide your approach. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator and empathetic influencer who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust across all levels of an organization, and is energized by helping people navigate change successfully.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Typical workplace change management projects include new office openings, office expansions, workplace tool launches, and workplace process changes. Beyond corporate offices, you'll also drive change management across Crusoe's manufacturing sites and data centers. For each project, you'll lead the following end-to-end change management activities:

  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct comprehensive analyses that compare current state with future state to deeply understand how a given change will impact people, processes, and systems.

  • Change Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop change management plans and timelines to keep transformation initiatives on track and aligned with broader project milestones.

  • Readiness Assessments: Evaluate organizational readiness for upcoming changes and identify potential gaps before they become obstacles.

  • Leadership Alignment: Partner with senior leaders and front-line managers to activate them as visible, credible change sponsors who model the way forward.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with employees across all levels and teams to ensure relevant stakeholders are involved in the change journey.

  • Communication Design & Delivery: Create clear, compelling multi-channel communication campaigns that keep employees informed and engaged throughout each transition. Draft communication assets, lead the asset review cycle, and ensure timely delivery of messages.

  • Training Collaboration: Design and deliver targeted training programs that build employee capability and confidence.

  • Resistance Management: Anticipate friction points, proactively identify adoption risks, and coach people managers to help their teams move through change with resilience.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a trusted daily contact for teammates, project leads, and stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment on change initiatives.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Track qualitative and quantitative adoption metrics to measure success and demonstrate the initiative's impact on business goals.

  • Travel : 10% domestic and international travel to our global offices.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, human resources, or project management.

• Proven stakeholder influence in driving alignment and action without relying on direct authority.

• Exceptional active listening skills , with the ability to read a room, surface concerns, and respond with empathy and clarity.

• Comfort with ambiguity , adapting your approach as initiatives evolve and priorities shift.

• Demonstrated experience leading change management for workplace or real estate projects , such as office moves, space redesigns, or facilities transformations.

• Experience working as part of a collaborative workplace team , contributing to shared goals alongside cross-functional partners.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to translate complex change initiatives into clear, accessible messaging.

• Experience driving change management in fast-scaling or high-growth technology companies .

• Background partnering with executive-level sponsors on enterprise-wide initiatives.

Bonus Points

• A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field.

• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or other structured change management methodologies.

• Management consulting experience.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
