Receptionist
Rate: $16/hour
Shift: Part Time, 22.5 hours/week, Evenings

Harris Hill Nursing Facility is looking to add a Receptionist to its team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, helping create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as appropriate
• Schedule appointments, manage visitor logs, and coordinate communication with staff
• Maintain resident records, administrative files, and other office documentation
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and general office support
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
