Our client, a leading organization in the education sector, is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, build, and deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an Early College Credit workflow within Salesforce
• Develop and optimize solutions using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Configure and enhance Experience Cloud to support user workflows and engagement
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and other integration tools
• Translate business requirements into scalable, functional solutions with minimal oversight

What's Needed?

• Strong senior-level experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Proven experience with integrations and API development
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal oversight
