Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering individualized therapy, and tracking student progress toward measurable goals. The position also involves collaborating with staff, participating in the IEP process, and potentially supervising SLPAs. You’ll play key a role in fostering a positive, supportive setting that encourages growth and development for preschoolers.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure and Colorado Department of Education certification.
• SLP-CCC credential is preferred, but strong SLP-CF candidates will also be considered.
• Experience in school settings, especially with intensive pre-school populations, is highly valued.
• Proficiency with IEP management, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Preference for candidates with ELL training and/or ESL or Linguistically Diverse Education Endorsement.
• Comfortable providing on-site services and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to supervise SLPAs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children.
• Complete thorough assessments and create comprehensive therapy plans.
• Monitor progress toward IEP goals and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings.
• Support students in achieving communicative and academic milestones.
