Social Work – Social Worker
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Therapist for a travel assignment in San Jose, CA. This role requires expertise in outpatient therapy and will predominantly involve facilitating psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic skills groups. This position is best suited for candidates who thrive in a structured clinical setting and are committed to delivering high-quality care to their patients.

Key responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Therapist include:
- Facilitate psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic skills groups
- Document group sessions in Meditech
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Update treatment plans
- Participate in treatment team discussions
- Collaborate on discharge planning
- Conduct safety assessments as needed
Requirements of the Licensed Clinical Therapist include:
- Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California
- Master's degree with at least two years of post-graduation experience
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with CBT and DBT techniques preferred
- Experience in running psychotherapy or skill groups
