Position SummaryThe Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and supplies. This role ensures production materials are accurately accounted for and properly staged to support manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging supplies, and partsVerify quantities against purchase orders and packing slipsInspect shipments for damage or discrepanciesRecord receiving data in inventory or tracking systemsLabel and stage materials in designated warehouse locationsCommunicate shortages or damaged goods to ProcurementMaintain organized receiving and storage areasCoordinate with forklift operators and warehouse staffFollow safety and material handling proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWarehouse or receiving experience preferredBasic computer and data entry skillsForklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Skills & CompetenciesOrganization and attention to detailTime managementCommunication skillsInventory awareness #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
