We are currently recruiting for two Operations Manager opportunities with manufacturing companies in the Upstate. One position is within a precision machine shop environment, and the other is with a metals manufacturing operation. Both roles require strong machining knowledge and experience leading manufacturing teams.
Qualified candidates will have:
Experience leading manufacturing or plant operations teams.
Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and production processes.
Previous responsibility for machine maintenance, equipment reliability, and downtime reduction.
A track record of improving productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
These are excellent opportunities for hands-on manufacturing leaders who enjoy developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
