POSITION SUMMARY: The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for Medical Records and Credentialing, filling requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: Record information such as physician orders and instructions, dietary requirements, therapy notes, and medication information on resident’s charts, medical records and computerized medical record system. Maintain Inventory control QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Punctual with project deadlines Practical implementation of organizational skills Detail oriented. Knowledge of Medical terminology is a plus. Maintenance of Medical Records.
