HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist

MyStaff is partnering with a highly respected company in Omaha as they add to their HR team. This role is focused on HR operations, onboarding and employee support , with Workday experience being a must-have . This could be either an individual contributor role for someone early in their HR career or a leadership role, depending on which direction you want to go. What you'll do: Manage employee onboarding from offer through completion Handle I-9 and employment verification processes Maintain employee records and HR data in Workday Support employee changes, HR transactions and reporting Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR needs Assist with HR projects and process improvements What we're looking for: Strong, hands-on Workday experience required Experience with onboarding and I-9 processes Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and customer-service skills HR operations/HRIS experience preferred Must live within commuting distance of Omaha Hybrid schedule with a combination of office and remote work #J-18808-Ljbffr MyStaff
