These tasks include the assembly, collation, cutting, labeling, quality checking, packaging and palletizing of printed game materials. Team members will work closely with operators and supervisors to ensure each product meets strict quality standards and customer specifications. A high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines and a commitment to safety and consistency are all key to success in this role.What You'll DoAs a General Production Associate, you'll work throughout our finishing department supporting the production, assembly, packaging, quality inspection and shipment of our gaming products. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to learn multiple production processes while working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include: Move raw materials, finished goods and production skids throughout the facility. Operate and assist with production equipment, including collators, cutters, folders and packaging machinery. Stage materials to maintain continuous production flow. Inspect products for quality, verify serial numbers and ensure customer specifications are met. Hand collate, assemble, label and package gaming products. Assemble boxes, shrink-wrap products, seal cartons and prepare shipments. Palletize finished products for storage and distribution. Maintain accurate labeling and packaging throughout the production process. Work closely with operators, leads and supervisors to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards and manufacturing processes. Crosstrain across multiple production areas to expand your skills and support operational needs. Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production or packaging experience is helpful but not required-we'll train the right candidate. Strong work ethic with dependable attendance. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn multiple production processes and cross-train across departments. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
