Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Product Design to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product management and a proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user centered design principles and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and user testing to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and gathering feedback.
• Utilize strong Product Design knowledge to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance and iterate on features based on user feedback and analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features effectively.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to track product performance.
• Knowledge of software development processes and technologies.
• Experience in leading cross functional teams and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Product Design.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
