If you thrive in an outdoor, collaborative environment and want a career that rewards your dependability with clear paths for professional development, paid training, and top tier benefits, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Preparation and Execution: Execute manual labor tasks across various outdoor worksites, including trenching, earthwork, and managing natural site environments to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.Tool and Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate a wide variety of hand tools, specialized power tools, and light construction equipment.Logistics and Material Handling: Load and unload work trucks, managing material handling and secure storage to streamline field operations.Site Maintenance and Safety: Maintain a clean, secure job site daily by retrieving all tools and equipment to eliminate potential hazards.
