• Assist with the collection of samples and prepare them for testing as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, train newcomers or interns, and help uphold laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with the commitment to prepare for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continued maintenance of certification is required throughout your time with us.
