If you are a full-cycle recruiting pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to command a room, we want you on our client's team. We aren't just looking for a resume-forwarder, we need a strategic partner. You’ll own the hiring process from intake to offer, act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers (challenging requirements and driving alignment when needed), and creatively source diverse talent pools to meet our business goals. What you bring 3+ years of recruiting experience, a high‑volume mindset, top‑tier stakeholder management skills, and a data‑driven approach to talent acquisition. Responsibilities Support business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identify candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drive recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner. Demonstrate a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
