The Senior Recruiter Role:

As a Senior Recruiter you will be working with job candidates to guide them through the hiring and transition process of accepting a new role. Experienced Recruiters that have a passion for connecting with people and relationship building will thrive in this role.

• Engage with industry-specific talent (candidates) to learn about their professional interests and goals
• Notify prospective job candidates of career opportunities that align with their stated goals
• Walk candidates through the interview process
• Provide coaching and guidance on offer acceptance and transitioning
• Ensure the candidate has a rewarding experience in their new role

Desired Background of a Senior Recruiter:

• 5+ years as a Recruiter with agency or third-party recruiting companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable initiating and developing relationships over the phone
• Drive to perform outbound sales activities to meet goals
