Job Title: HR Recruiter

Client: Food Manufacturing Company

Duration: 11 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Location: Wayzata, MN 55391

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Description:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies using labor market insights and competitive intelligence.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment forecasting.
Coordinate early career, internship, and university recruiting, including campus events and interview scheduling.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and hiring standards.
Utilize ATS tools (SuccessFactors, Handshake) to manage recruitment processes and documentation.
Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, and support continuous process improvements.
