Pride Health is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support our client's healthcare facility in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Details: Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am - 3 pm Location: Minneapolis, MN 55440 Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 4 Months (possibility of extension) Pay Range: $25/hour to $28/hour* *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience across complex, non-clinical professional roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate engagement, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a Talent Adviser, influencing hiring decisions and developing recruiting strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: High School
• Years of experience: 1 year
