ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide help-desk support as needed Strong understanding of Windows 11 features, network protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Respond to requests either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Compose and maintain written policies and procedures Setup and configure desktops, printers, and other devices Install and configure operating systems Act as contact and coordinator with the vendors for problem solving Providing technical support for their Bank staff Verify daily data backups and resolve any outstanding issues. Ability to work onsite 5 days a week and collaborate with various departments. May require occasional travel to local branches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
