Responsibilities Report to the Director of Rehabilitation. Develop and implement occupational therapy programs and activities based on recovery plans. Deliver therapy treatments and assess patient progress. Address each patient as an individual and collaborate with peers. Provide referrals as needed to support patient outcomes. Prioritize patient and family needs, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate service. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA & ACOTE standards). Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
