We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Peoria, Arizona . As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke care to our clients, providing them with the highest standard of dignified support. Our white-glove approach ensures a secure, welcoming environment, giving our clients and their families total peace of mind.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Report any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in personal care assistance or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
