- Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their personal goals.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage proven methodologies to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living activities.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTRs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nurses to provide thorough and holistic care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers therapeutic techniques and methods to foster continuous progress beyond clinical sessions.
- Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure successful rehabilitation.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.

- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required.
