Overview ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Huntington, Indiana. Responsibilities The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on the patient’s needs, goals, and physician direction. Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs that support return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves, while performing other professional duties related to patient care and therapy service development. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals targeted at patient progression toward discharge. Complete medical record documentation accurately and timely in compliance with relevant guidelines. Provide supervision and a conducive learning environment for students as necessary. Create and pursue an individualized professional development plan with clinical management. Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain licensure in good standing. Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. CPR Certification. Active and applicable state licensure for physical therapy.
