Technical Consultant - Patient Monitoring

Responsibilities Deliver onsite and remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues Ensure reliable system performance by diagnosing and resolving system, network, and application issues Support the full lifecycle of complex patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions Apply an understanding of customer environments and requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting activities, and support procedures Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including senior engineers, clinical partners, sales, and service teams Requirements 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments, preferably in a field or hospital‑based healthcare environment Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting Computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent/higher level certification) Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to travel for business (approximately 75% travel) #J-18808-Ljbffr
