About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior VP & CFO to oversee the financial functions of a multi-specialty health center. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, participating in long-term planning, and ensuring the financial soundness of the organization. This role involves preparing and presenting various budgets, managing variances, and leading the Finance Committee. The CFO will also be expected to attend Board meetings and work closely with the CEO. Applicants for the Senior VP & CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years' progressive financial management experience in a non-profit healthcare setting is required, with a preference for candidates who have at least 3 years' of senior director or executive-level leadership experience. A CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a strong understanding of financial operations in a healthcare environment, and be capable of leading a dynamic team to achieve operational goals.
