Lunes-Viernes, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Definición y ejemplos de trabajo Abre y mantiene cuentas K-TAG, incluyendo: emitir y reemplazar K-TAG, aceptar todos los tipos de pagos y proporcionar recibos. Trabaja dentro de la base de datos K-TAG para asignar números de ID a cuentas de clientes. Recibe K-TAG de los clientes, correos, etc., y los prepara para su devolución al fabricante o para su reciclaje. Asiste a los clientes K-TAG y no K-TAG con consultas de infracciones, resolución y procesamiento de pagos. Procesa pagos para cuentas de clientes de acuerdo con los procedimientos de manejo de tarjetas de crédito. Comunica directamente con el cliente en persona, por teléfono, correo electrónico y/o correo postal para resolver todas las preguntas, problemas, reclamaciones, errores de facturación, etc. Resuelve problemas con el cliente para identificar la razón del problema y proporcionar una solución de manera eficiente.
