Certified Nursing Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing center at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR. We are looking for full-time, part-time and PRN. In this vital role, you will deliver non-skilled nursing care to our assigned residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your efforts will help promote a safe and nurturing environment that supports the health and happiness of those in your care. Location Location: Fayetteville, AR 72703 Pay & Incentives Pay : Starting at $16.82 per hour and based on experience may be higher Shift Differentials : Evening Shift: $1.50 per hour Night Shift: $2.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus : Up to $600.00 for full-time CNAs Paid in installments after successful completion of introductory employment periods Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Take and record vital signs as assigned Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nurse Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Follow infection control and safety procedures Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Arkansas In good standing with the Arkansas Nurse Aide Registry High school diploma or GED preferred Long-term care experience preferred but not required Benefits (Full-Time) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term disability, Life #J-18808-Ljbffr Butterfield Trail Village
