This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant LM/GM/PM based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives through SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
You will help organizations optimize their human capital management processes by configuring, improving, and supporting SuccessFactors modules.
The position combines functional consulting, stakeholder collaboration, system configuration, testing, and ongoing platform optimization.
You will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

Accountabilities:

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will provide functional expertise across SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules, supporting implementation, configuration, optimization, and operational activities. This role requires strong HR technology knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

• Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.
• Work with HR stakeholders, business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and design workshops to align HR processes with SuccessFactors capabilities.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management, and Goal Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and process improvements.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to validate system functionality before releases and go-live activities.
• Support system operations, including role-based permissions, user access management, data audits, and platform administration.
• Manage release activities by testing and enabling new SuccessFactors features during scheduled system updates.
• Act as a key point of contact between HR teams, internal stakeholders, and external technical support teams.
• Support project delivery using methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, user experience, and system efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central and related HR modules. They should have excellent consulting skills, knowledge of HR processes, and experience delivering enterprise HR technology solutions.

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• 5+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 4+ years specializing in SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and familiarity with related modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, and Goal Management.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
• Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, configuring systems, and supporting implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience managing testing activities, system validation, and release management processes.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors security concepts, permissions, data management, and system administration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience working with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Industry experience in FMCG, manufacturing, refinery, or similar sectors is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
