Job Description We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while representing our company with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Safely transport and deliver products to customers' homes and businesses Verify customer orders and collect payments when required Navigate efficiently through assigned delivery routes using maps and GPS technology Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members Handle and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel expenditures Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly Qualifications Must be at least 18 Valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 years of driving experience Clean driving record that meets company standards (no more than 2 traffic violations within the last 3 years) Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with map reading and GPS technology Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate different types of terrain, including multi-story buildings Strong time management and organizational skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations on the road Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
