Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance functional lead to support the PeopleSoft 9.2 application upgrade project and demonstrate the new features delivered in PS 9.2. Expertise on PeopleSoft Finance modules - Contracts, Billing, Project Costing, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Functional Consultant/ Lead System Analyst at Onshore
• Good understanding of out of the box PeopleSoft Finance 9.2 modules - Contracts, Billing, Project Costing, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger
• Demonstrate the new functionality of PS 9.2 features and work with team to remove the customizations
• Evaluate the existing customizations, leverage PeopleSoft 9.2 improved functionality streamlining business process and automations
• Support the configurations against best practices and to determine keep/drop customization list
• Perform functional configurations and collaborate with IT and business teams to implement them
• Ability to recommend and implement a sustainable system solution that balances between meeting business requirements and minimizes system complexity
• Provide functional training on new enhancements/PS 9.2 features end users
• Provide support for system integration, user acceptance and regression testing
• Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing.
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant or Lead System Analyst in large projects.
• Work on at least 2 PeopleSoft 9.2 Financial upgrades or more.
• 6+ years of PeopleSoft implementation and support experience in PeopleSoft applications, PeopleSoft 9.1 and 8.5x tools or higher.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft ERP implementation experience with some of the following modules: Contract, Billing, AR, Project Costing and General Ledger.
• Experience in conducting design sessions with business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
• Good understanding of fluid user interface, work center, dashboard, activity guides, data migration workbench etc.
• Should be familiar with Agile project methodology and delivery.
• Familiar with Onshore-Offshore model.
• Hands on experience in Oracle 12c.
