Job Requirements Minimum 3 years in a similar office administration role with emphasis in Human Resources and strong Data Analytics. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with ease. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and resourceful with creative problem‑solving abilities. Strong organizational skills are required. Experience in a Recruitment role is a plus. Experience with USA and Canadian HR, business rules and legislative requirements is a plus. Job Responsibilities Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment agreements. Administer background checks, initiating the background check for specified candidates within required turnaround times. Administer drug, alcohol and physical testing, booking appointments and monitoring results. Assist with planning job fair events and team activities. Schedule interviews for candidates and leaders, and follow up to ensure preparation. Safeguard all confidential sensitive data and candidate privacy. Handle correspondence and inquiries from external organizations and candidates. Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure smooth candidate experience. Handle onboarding of new hires and correspondence regarding their status. Extract data from various systems and run reports in Excel, including headcount, recruitment stats, turnover and other reports as needed. Other Important Requirements A clear Criminal Record Check is required. Must provide own steel‑toed work boots for travel to a site; all other PPE supplied. Must be able to reliably commute to the operations site daily or have plans to relocate before starting work.
