What You’ll Do

As our Regional Sales Manager – Southeast US , you’ll drive sales growth by nurturing relationships with current accounts and building new distribution partnerships in the foodservice channel. You’ll be a key player in expanding our U.S. presence and influencing the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and grow existing distributor customer relationships within the Southeast U.S. region
\n
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across target segments
\n
• Implement sales and marketing programs tailored to customer needs
\n
• Collaborate on product education and support initiatives like sales meetings and ride alongs
\n
• Analyze accounts and develop quarterly territory strategies
\n
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, forecasts, and key projects
\n
• Manage a flexible travel schedule (30–60% travel)
\n

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice or ingredient sales preferred)
\n
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
\n
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
\n
• Passion for the culinary industry and an eagerness to stay current with trends
\n
• Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to the needs of a growing market
\n
• Fluent in Spanish is preferred
