MIG Welder$20 - $22/hr | Indianapolis, INWe are actively seeking a skilled 1st Shift Welder to join our team. Our employees receive weekly pay for their convenience.Work EnvironmentOur work environment is a non-climate-controlled shop, which can experience cold temperatures in the winter and heat during the summer.The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:30am to 5:15pm, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks.Fridays offer flexibility with additional hours ranging from 5 to 10 hours per week.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
