Operations Professional

Summary The Operations Professional supports back-of-house operations in a Tiffany retail store, ensuring order fulfillment, inventory accuracy and exceptional client service. They partner with Sales Professionals, management and corporate teams to drive store sales and operational excellence. Key duties include shipping and receiving, inventory management, jewelry cleaning and repairs while following company procedures and service standards. Responsibilities Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and transfers to ensure merchandise is delivered and available. Monitor, reconcile and report merchandise inventory using systems and reports to maintain accuracy. Perform jewelry cleaning, process repairs and handle care and handling tasks for merchandise. Support sales by handling internal and external correspondence, capturing client data and partnering with Sales Professionals to optimize opportunities. Maintain store hospitality and amenities, act on client feedback and support TEI client experience behaviors. Requirements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; organized and able to prioritize daily tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays; flexible to perform different tasks as needed. Authorization to work in the United States.
