Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Georgia SLP license with GaPSC certification for SLPs
• Bachelor’s degree and GaPSC certification required for SLPAs
• SLP-CCC credential highly preferred; open to Clinical Fellows and SLP Assistants
• Prior experience in K-12 school settings is advantageous
• Strong commitment to equity, student advocacy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve onsite at two high schools, providing direct and consultative services to a caseload of approximately 45 students
• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy, in alignment with each student’s prescribed support schedule (ranging from consultative to frequent sessions)
• Support students primarily based in program classrooms, addressing diverse communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes and ensure compliance with IEPs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation per district and professional guidelines
• Engage in regular meetings, consultations, and team planning to facilitate holistic student success
